The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of CrPC with the following prayer :- “It is therefore, prayed that the petition may kindly be allowed and FIR of Crime No. 430/2023 registered at Police Station Dhamtari, Distt. - Dhamtari (Annexure- P/2) and order dated 09.10.2023 passed by CJM Dhamtari (Annexure P/1), may kindly be quashed in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the charge- sheet has already been submitted and as such, the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet. 4.
