The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to the respondent authority for grant of permission to join the petitioner in admission course of Assistant Eye Health Officer through Departmental Training in Academic Session of 2024. 2. Since the academic session of 2024 has already come to completion now, therefore, at this juncture, no direction with regard to admission course in academic session of 2024 can be issued to the respondent authority. However, it is directed that the respondent authority shall consider the case of the petitioner keeping seniority of the petitioner as according to the petitioner he is senior to the person who has already been sent for training course. 3.
