Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner had expired long back and ever since his legal representatives have not given any instructions to pursue the matter at hand. 2. It appears that the legal representatives of the deceased- petitioner are not interested to press this matter, therefore, he is compelled to plead no instructions in this behalf. 3. In view of the statement made hereinabove, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. However, the legal representatives of the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an application for revival of this writ petition, if the cause of action still survives. 5.
