Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 02.07.2025, compliance report has been filed today from perusal of which it will be apparent that the order 2025:JHHC:20275-DB dated 21.03.2013 passed in W.P. (S) No. 7577 of 2011 has been complied with and the instant appeal has become infructuous. 3. We have also perused the affidavit filed by the respondents. 4. In view of Letter No.599 dated 17.07.2025 and Letter No.607 dated 22nd July 2025 (Annexures C & D respectively) both issued by District Statistical Officer, Jamshedpur, the instant appeal is rendered infructuous. However, if the appellant has any further grievance, he is at liberty to avail of such remedy available to him. 5. This Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
