By way of CRL.M.A. 20511/2026, the applicants – petitioners seek permission to withdraw the captioned petition, which assails a summoning order dated 05.11.2024, passed by the Magistrate’s Court, in connection with FIR No. 1030/2022 dated 08.12.2022, registered at Police Station Model Town, District North-West, Delhi, under Sections 323/342/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. Ms. Khushboo Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the petition arises out of matrimonial disputes, which have already been settled in terms of a Settlement Agreement dated 26.12.2025. 3. As the offences are compoundable, the petitioners wish to approach the appropriate Court for necessary directions. 4. CRL.M.A. 20511/2026 is allowed, and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions. 5. The next date of hearing, i.e., 21.08.2026, stands cancelled.
