in calling to the Police Station to settle a civil dispute is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of article 14 and 21 of The Constitution of India and contrary to the police standing orders and consequently direct the Respondents not to call to the Police Station and not to interfere in the civil dispute IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's representation dt.17.07.2021 and direct the Respondent No. 5 not to call to the Police Station and not to interfere in the civil dispute pending disposal of the writ petition before this Hon'ble Court Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....
to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.5 in calling to the Police Station to settle a civil dispute is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of article 14 and 21 of The Constitution of India and contrary to the police standing orders and consequently direct the Respondents not to call to the Police Station and not to interfere in the civil dispute and pass.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint, the police have registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.330 of 2020 of Kanaganapalli Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 506 r/w 34 IPC. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
