1. This petition is preferred against orders dated 23.01.2023 and
30.09.2022.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
"10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction setting aside/quashing
order dated 23.01.2023 (Annexure P/1) & order dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure P/2) issued by respondents, being illegal & arbitrary. 10.2.That consequently the respondent be directed to permit the petitioner for discharging her duty at the office of Dr. Bhimrao ambedkar memorial Hostical Raipur, District- Raipur. 10.3 " Any other relief(s), direction(s), which Hon’ble the Court deems fit, and proper, in the circumstances of the case.
3. Vide order dated 15.03.2023 the petitioner was granted stay and the impugned transfer order dated 23.01.2023 was stayed by this Court.
4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as
3 such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 23.01.2023 and 30.09.2022 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said order under challenge is hereby quashed.
5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is
