This Court, vide order dated 18.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4329 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Chandu @ Umend Singh, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Bilaspur District- Bilaspur, vide his request letter dated 10.01.2025 has requested for grant KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 of some more time for concluding the trial as it is likely to take some time for conclusion of the trial hence, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of five months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
