The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of 2nd Respondent on my representation dated 18.08.2025 submitted for deletion of my agricultural landed property to an extent of Ac.01.94 cents in Survey number 65/1A2, Ac.02.86 cents in Survey number 65/IB and Ac.01.00 cents in Survey number 65/1A1, (total an extent of Ac.05.80) in Mittapailem Revenue Village, Nagiri Mandal, Chittoor District from the list of prohibited properties for registration on the file of respondents 5 and 6 under section 22-A (1) (a) of Registration Act, 1908 and rules framed there under, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred under the said statutory provisions and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to decide my representation dated 18.08.2025 by initiating necessary enquiry and to pass….” 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have made a representation dt.18.08.2025 for deletion of lands an extent of Ac.1.94 cents in Sy.No.65/1A2, Ac.2.86 cents in Sy.No.65/1 and Ac1.00 cents in Sy.No.65/1A1, total an extent of Ac.5.80 cents situated in Mittapallem Revenue Village, Nagiri Mandal, Chittoor District, from the list of prohibited properties. Though the respondents have received the said representation, they have not initiated any action for consideration of the said representation. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Revenue, appearing for the respondents, submits that objections were raised on the ground -4- W.P. No.33875 OF 2025 Date of order: 08.12.2025 that the petitioners are required to submit an online application in the prescribed format to the 2nd respondent. He further submits that, if the petitioners submit such an online application, the 2nd respondent would consider the same after obtaining necessary reports/remarks from respondents 4 and 5 and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the relevant records. 4. Considering the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to submit an online application to the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, based on the record and after obtaining reports/remarks from respondents 4 and 5. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the application. No order as to costs. 5.
