Case No. 28/2023 arising out of Jari P.S. Case No. 04/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 778/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 325, 307, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C. subsequently charge has been framed under Sections 302, 504 & 174(A) of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II, Gumla. 3. On 23.01.2022, the petitioner and his brother were standing outside their house. Thereafter, they started quarreling. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted his brother namely Jwakim Kujur, due to which, he died after ten days during the course of treatment. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that no case under Section 302 of the I.P.C is made out. However, it is a case for the offence under Section 304 part- I of the I.P.C. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II, Gumla in connection with S.T.
