Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:72242 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 6054 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rampal Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anil Kumar Bind Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Kaushlesh Pratap Singh Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J. 1. Heard Sri Anil Kumar Bind, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Kaushlesh Pratap Singh, Advocate for Respondents- 2 to 4. 2. Petitioner has declared that he was retired on 30.06.2014 and now after about 11 years he has approached this Court with a prayer that his gratuity amount be released alongwith interest. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner in support of above prayer refers the contents of writ petition, however, he is not able to show the reasons for such a huge delay. 4. Still considering that grievance is with regard to non payment of gratuity, therefore, an opportunity is granted to petitioner to file a detail representation before concerned respondent by way of Dasti and in such event the same will be considered in accordance with law. However, the component of interest will only be considered if the case of petitioner is made out a case for payment of gratuity w.e.f. the date of submission of a fresh application before concerned respondent, since petitioner himself is guilty of approaching this Court at a very belated stage and in case of any legal impediment, the same shall also be communicated to petitioner. 5. With aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 6.5.2025 AK Digitally signed by :- AWADESH KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
