1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent No.3/ Collector, Bilaspur to consider and
2 / 2 decide the pending representation dated 11/12/2024 (Annexure P/5) submitted by the petitioner before him.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.3/Collector has allotted a Government quarters bearing No. LIG-94, Devrikhurd, Bilaspur to the petitioner however, the quarters is in dilapidated condition, for which the petitioner has moved a representation before the Collector requesting for allotment of another quarters but the same is still pending before him.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that if the representation is still pending before the Collector, necessary steps shall be taken regarding the said representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within the stipulated time.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.

In view of the submission made by the State counsel, the respondent No.3/ Collector, Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 11/12/2024 (Annexure P/5) submitted by the petitioner within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- (BIBHU DATTA GURU)
