Case No. 30 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag. During the intervening period of 13/14.02.2024, Hywa of the informant bearing registration No. NL-01AB-0360 was stolen by unknown persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner was transpired in the confession of co-accused. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag, or his successor, in connection with Keredari P.S.
