Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is serving as TGT (Non-Medical) at GSSS Rupi, District Kinnaur, H.P. since 02.07.2018, which is a tribal area and he has filed a representation for his transfer to a station of his choice in a soft area. He further submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, said representation of the petitioner, which is appended with the petition as Annexure P-1 is directed to be decided by the competent Authority within some reasonable time. 3.
