The grievance of the Petitioner is that the crime is of the year 2022 and investigation of the subject crime is not yet completed and sought for a direction to respondent Police. Learned Assistant Government Pleader requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to conclude the investigation of the subject crime and file a final report/charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, according to law.
