The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to strike down Section 4 and Rule 3 of Chhattisgarh Dharmik Bhawan Tatha Sthan Viniyaman Rules, 1985 being violative to Article 14, 19(1)(b), 21 and 25 and ultra vires to the provisions of the Constitution. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Quash/set-aside all the written and verbal notices which had been served under this Act and Rules to the Christians praying in their house. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the police that the notice shall not be served under this act and rules. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the police to maintain peace and tranquility among the communities. 10.5 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit in facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted to the petitioner including the cost of the petition.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition stating that a writ petition bearing WPC No.6380/2025 has already been filed on the same subject matter, in which this Court had directed 3 the parties to exchange their pleadings within a period of six weeks. 4.
