DATE : 25.07.2025 Learned Counsel for petitioner filed the present application for grant of permission to amend the Writ Petition. It is submitted that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner got Leaving certificate from respondent No.2- College, and taken admission at “Government Industrial Training Institute, Washim, Tal: Washim, Dist: Washim.” That as per the directions, the petitioner to submit his caste certificate or validity certificate on or before 28.07.2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks permission to add “Government Industrial Training Institute, Washim, Tal: Washim, Dist: Washim, through its Principal” as party respondent No.3 and to amend the 2025:BHC-NAG:7226-DB 903 wp 1640-2024.odt 2 petition alongwith prayer clause. As such, the application is allowed. 2. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3. After amendment is carried out in the Writ Petition, issue notice to the newly added respondent No.3, returnable on 11.08.2025. 4.
