Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that CRMP No. 2491 of 2023 was dismissed due to non-compliance of this Court’s order 2 dated 05.09.2024 wherein this Hon’ble Court vide granted 4 weeks time to the petitioner to remove the defaults pointed out by the Registry failing which the CRMP No. 2491 of 2023 shall stand dismissed. 3. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of CrMP No. 2491 of 2023. 4.
