The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-33362-2024. 2. Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 24.04.2025, speaking order dated 27.11.2025 has been passed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and is also taken on record. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 27.11.2025 shows that order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-33362-2024 has been complied with. 4. In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5. Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order dated 27.11.2025 in accordance with law. 6. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
