JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL WANI, JUDGE ORDER 09.05.2025 In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged non-compliance of order dated 10.05.2022, as also the order dated 30.10.2012, in terms whereof the respondents were directed to accord consideration to the representation filed by the petitioner seeking release of salary for the training periods of 01.10.2002 and 07.10.2003 strictly in accordance with Rule 8 of J&K Sheep Husbandry (Subordinate) Service Requirement Rules, 1987, and in the light of judgment rendered in SWP No. 1507/2004.
