1. Mr. Ram Pratap Yadav, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, the private respondent nos.4 to 8, who are land mafia, are trying to grab property of his client. He submits, his client has already uploaded his allegations in the portal. He seeks direction upon the authority to act in terms of government order dated 1st May, 2017. 2. Mr. Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and draws attention to representation dated 7th April, 2025 made by petitioner to respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate). He demonstrates therefrom, the allegations are against family members of petitioner. Mr. Yadav, disputes the submission on reiteration that the allegations have been uploaded and the District Magistrate be directed to verify and take action. 3. Reproduced below are paragraphs 3 to 5 from the petition. "3. That after the death of his father the contesting respondents are trying to dispossess petitioner from his own house since they are and mafias and having nexus with anti social elements. 4. That the petitioner has moved applications before District Magistrate on 07.04.2025 and 11.04.2025 indicating the illegal encroachment and that application has been registered on IGRS Portal bearing No.400144250052237, in support of the contention the copy of the Applications as well as IGRS receipt whereupon the complaint of petitioner is registered are being filed herewith collectively and marked as Annexure No.2 to this writ petition. 5. That the contesting Respondents who has no concern with the said land but since they are having muscle power and nexus with the anti-social elements is now trying to encroach upon the land of the petitioner." Above pleadings appear to corroborate said representation made by petitioner, in which he referred to private respondents as his family members. This is also because there is no
statement in the petition saying that his father was capable of dealing with the land mafia but after his death, petitioner is unable. 4. Petitioner must find his remedy in the civil Court, if so advised. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
