ORDER The present interlocutory application is filed seeking to relax the ball condition Nos.(ii) and (iii) imposed at paragraph No.6 while granting the bail to the petitioner vide order dated 23.06.2025 in CrI.P.No. 5115 of
2025. Heard the
learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State. Considering the submissions made, the condition No.(Ill) viz., “the petitioner/accused No.7 shall not go beyond the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh State, without leave of the Trial Court and he shall make his location through mobile phone by pairing it with the mobile phone of the Investigating Officer round the clock” Is hereby relaxed. In so far as, the condition No.(ii) viz., that “the petitioner/accused No.7 shall appear before theStation House Officer, concerned, once in a /' week i.e., on every Sunday in between 10:00 am and 05:00 pm, till filing of charge sheet”, is concerned, the same is modified as hereunder:
“The the petitioner/accused No.7 shall appear before the Station House Officer, concerned, once in a fortnight, in between 10:00 am and 05:00 pm, till filing of charge sheet.” Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered.
