Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.118 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 355 and 506 read with 34 IPC has been registered and after detailed investigation, charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Piler. 3. Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
