Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that there is a dispute between petitioner and others with regard to foundry shop and this Court in WP No.1874 of 2023 issued orders on 13.10.2023 to approach the competent civil court to resolve the issue. Due to the civil disputes between the parties, crime is not registered by the respondent Police and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs.
