2 withdraw this petition with liberty to file representation before the High Power Pension Redressal Committee who in turn shall decide the said representation, in an expeditious manner, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
2. Counsel for the other side would not oppose the aforesaid prayer.
3. Having considered the submissions of counsel for the parties and the fact that Respondent No.2 has only communicated to the petitioner and to the Block Education Officer, Farasgaon, District Baster C.G. regarding minus balance to the tune of Rs.1,42,369/- in GPF Account, it is directed that if the petitioner files a representation before the High Power Pension Redressal Committee, the said Committee shall examine the issue and decide the same in an expeditious manner preferably within an outer limit of 8 months of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the concerned Department.
4. It is observed that if any grievance in this regard still remains, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a petition as and when occasion so arises.
