Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basing on the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused in the present crime. ln pursuant to the confessiona'I statement, the petitioner was arrested and remanded .to judicial custody on 09.12.2024. Except the confessional statement, no other incriminating material , is collected showing the complicity of the petitioner in the present crime. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner herein.
