The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Taratand P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2468 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S. read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Danish Nawaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 05.09.2024, dead body of the father of the petitioner was recovered from a place near Jharibad dam at village Pandri. 4. During the course of investigation, co-accused persons confessed that the petitioner was also involved in committing the murder of his father. 5. Mr. A.K. Sahani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn the attention of this court towards the impugned order, wherein the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Giridih has observed that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Basudeo Yadav and the petitioner has also confessed his guilt. It was submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Danish Nawaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Taratand P.S.
