Heard arguments of Sri Pasapala Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner filed an application dated 26.05.2025 to the 2nd respondent for deletion of land from the prohibition list and mutation of petitioner’s name. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent has directed the Tahsildar/ 4th respondent to conduct enquiry and submit a report. Despite the same, the 4th respondent has not submitted the report and therefore, the 2nd respondent did not pass any orders. 4. After notice, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that based on the application of the 2nd respondent, the 4th respondent has conducted enquiry and submitted a report to the 2nd respondent through proper channel on 28.10.2025. 5. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents, more particularly, 2nd respondent to consider the DR,J W.P.No.29322 of 2025 report submitted by the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
