GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.31783 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “….to issue an appropriate Writ, order or orders or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents threatening to dispossess off the Fish tank of an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in R.S.No. 724/4B, situated in Mupparru (V), Pedapadu (M), Eluru District as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and clear violation of Principles of Natural Justice and clear violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents not to dispossess off fish tank of an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in R.S.No.724/4B situated in Mupparru (V), Pedapadu (M), Eluru District taking into consideration of Petitioner belongs schedule caste and landless poor person and agricultural cooli and unregistered Sale deed dated 22-7-2015 with possession….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. 4 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5, on instructions, has submitted that the respondent authorities are not interfering with the possession of the fish tank of the petitioner and in fact there is a dispute between the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.7 and 8. 4. In view of the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter. At any rate, respondent Nos.1 to 6 are directed not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the fish tank of the petitioner without following due process of law. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
