JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 16-07-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 96, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2025 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43848 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 kidnapping the victim girl but from the impugned order, it appears that petitioner and the victim were in a relationship. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Pipra P.S.
