Petitioner has approached this Court to issue a mandamus to decide the representation dated 23.4.2025 in regard to payment of gratuity to the petitioner who retired way back on 30.6.2008. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that meanwhile representation of the petitioner is being rejected vide order date 5.5.2025, copy of which is provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Order dated 5.5.2025 is taken on record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that since an adverse order has been passed against the petitioner, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge it if so advised. 6. Considering the aforesaid fair submission of counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
