Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Respondent- Police are calling the Petitioner to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against him. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on the complaint made by the 4th Respondent, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry and no crime has been registered against the Petitioner. The enquiry before the Police is still pending. 5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to follow the due process of law regarding the 4 complaint which is made by the Respondent No.4 in this matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
