Today also, the matter was called out twice, learned advocate for the petitioner was absent on both the occasion. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor apprises p. 2 this Court that pursuant to registration of FIR, the charge-sheet was filed and as of now even the charge is also framed and trial is at an advance stage. 3. In view of above, considering the fact that the matter has already been adjourned from time to time without there being any single hearing as can be seen from the order sheet as well as considering the fact that the charge is already framed, I don’t see any reason to entertain this petition at this stage and therefore, the same is required to be dismissed and same is dismissed.
