Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the date of hearing i.e. 17.10.2025, arguing counsel Mr. Anshul Ranjan Shrivastava was out of station, therefore, he could not appear when the case was taken up for hearing, therefore, the same was dismissed for want of prosecution. Hence, she prayed that the said mistake was bona昀椀de and the petitioner wants to contest the case on merits, thus the instant Cr.M.P. may be allowed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents raised objection. 4. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, instant Cr.M.P is hereby allowed. 5.
