sit for entire day in the police station premises, without registering a crime and forcible obtaing signature on unfiled cheques, on blank non judicial stamp papers and on blank white papers is illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of Cr.P.C.., and violative of Articles 14, 19 (i) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents not interfere with the liberties and peaceful living of the petitioners, without involving any criminal case (without registering any crime) and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents No 3 , not to call the petitioner and his family members to the police station without registering a crime against the petitioner pending disposal of main WP No. of 2021 and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: K L N SWAMY Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:
THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 13459 of 2021
ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue Order or Orders, direction or directions, Writ or Writs, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ declare the action of the respondents particularly respondent No 3, in calling the petitioner to the police station regularly and making him to sit for entire day in the police station premises, without registering a crime and forcible obtaing signature on unfiled cheques, on blank non judicial stamp papers and on blank white papers is illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of Cr.P.C.., and violative of Articles 14, 19 (i) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents not interfere with the liberties and peaceful living of the petitioners, without involving any criminal case (without registering any crime) and pass such other order”
2. Heard Sri K.L.N.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit police are interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and third parties.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents would submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioner and
police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and third parties.
5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute, except under due process of law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
