The appellants have filed affidavits to this effect which are already on record. 2. Under the settlement, the Insurance Company is liable to pay an additional amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the appellants. Ms. Bagga states that the said amount will be deposited before the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today. 3. Upon deposit, the said amount be released to the appellants equally. 4.
