JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 16-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of selling stolen mobile phones. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2025. 5. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42842 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 the learned SDJM, Manjhaul, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2022, subject to the condition that the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner. 7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Begusarai Muffasil Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
