Petitioner has filed this writ petition with following reliefs: “10.1 A writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of mandamus do issue calling the relevant records from the court below pertaining to the case of the petitioner for its kind perusal; 10.2 A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue direction to the respondent authorities to comply with the order dated 14.06.2023 passed by the respondent no.3 and memo dated 28.08.2024 issued by the respondent no.4 and complete the proceedings of revenue case no.202404114600038/B-121/year 2022-23 within specific time. 10.3 A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue direction to the respondent authorities to expeditiously comply with the order dated 14.06.2023 passed in favour of the petitioner which is pending before the respondent authorities. 10.4 Cost of the proceedings. 10.5 Any other writs and directions that may be deemed fit and just in the facts & circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has filed an application before respondent No.4 for correction of map, which was previously dismissed on 24.11.2020 by respondent 3 No.4, against which, petitioner has preferred an appeal before respondent No.3, to which, on 14.06.2023 respondent No.3 has quashed the order dated 24.11.2020 and directed to mark the map (Nakshabatankan) as per the legal way. Thereafter, on 28.08.2024, respondent no.4 issued memo to the respondent nos.5 & 6 to conduct the survey as per by comparing the documents and record available, but till date, no action has been taken by the respondent nos.5 & 6 for complying with the order/memo. Learned Counsel further contended that there is no appeal filed by the private respondents and there is no any stay order passed by any of the Authority against the order dated 14.06.2023 respondent No.3. Hence, petitioner has came-up before this Court with aforementioned prayer. 3. Learned State Counsel contended that respondent Nos.5 & 6 bound by order of respondent no.4/Tahsildar with regard to correction of map of Khasra No.477/22 including Khasra Nos.482/4; Khasra No. 477/76 including Khasra No.482/4 situated at village Keshla, PH No.48, Tahsil Kharora, Distt- Raipur, (CG). 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the writ petition. 5. Considering facts of the case, nature of reliefs, submissions of counsel for the parties, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4/Tahsidar to comply with order dated 27.08.2024 passed by itself in Revenue Case no.202404114600038/B-121/year 2022-23 and conclude the proceeding strictly in accordance with relevant rules/law/regulation, after giving sufficient/proper opportunity of hearing to private respondent Nos.7 to 9 and in their presence, preferably within an outer limit of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to verification if there is no stay. 7.
