Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction, directing the Judge, Small Causes Court, Prayagraj to hear and decide the Case No. 20 of 2012 (Smt. Zareena Sabreen vs. Razia Begum (dead) through legal heirs), within stipulated period." In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Judge, Small Causes Court, Prayagraj to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, if possible, within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
