Parineeta, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents. 2 2. Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioners’ rights over the house sites bearing D.No.2-11, in an extent of 177.77 Sq. Yards and tinned Shed in an extent of 396 Sq. Yards in Sy. No.131 of Voolapadu Village, Ramasamudram Mandal and Post, Chittoor District, on the pretext that the same is required for the purpose of construction of Gangamma Temple as arbitrary & illegal, and contrary to the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. The 5th respondent filed a counter affidavit, wherein it is stated that they would not interfere with the petitioners’ rights over the subject lands. It is further stated that the Gram Panchayat has not issued any resolution for construction of the said temple to anyone. 4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
