1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following relief:
“To issue Writ of Mandamus to the respondents to take the steps in accordance with law and direct to the 1st
respondent to considered the recommendation of 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner and also consider his representation produced as Annexure-M, M1, M2 Dtd. 06.07.2023 and 11.03.2025 respectively, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the representation which has been submitted by the petitioner at Annexures M, M1 and M2 dated

06.07.2023 and 11.03.2025 respectively, have not been considered by the respondents. 3.
Whenever any representation is submitted to an authority, it is required to be considered by the said authority and necessary orders passed thereon either accepting or rejecting the said representation in accordance with law. Neither having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ Petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner at Annexures M, M1 and M2, dated 06.07.2023 and 11.03.2025, respectively, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
