It appears that by order dated 24.07.2024, with the consent of both parties, Shri Justice B.P. Dharmadhikari (former Chief Justice) was appointed as an Arbitrator to conduct the Arbitral Proceedings in place of the earlier Arbitrator Shri Ashok D. Babrekar (Retired Judge). 3. It is pertinent to note that the learned Advocate for the non-applicants has consented to extend the period of the Arbitral proceeding for a further three months from today. 4. In view of the same, I deem it appropriate to grant further extension of three months for resolving the dispute between the parties and passing the award. 5.
