He also contended that till now they are having no instruction. 2. The SPC issued by this Court for appearance of appellant is reported to be served upon him on 23.08.2025, however, again there is no representation on his behalf. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, this court is left with no other option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. 4. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
