2 learned family Court has allowed the application filed by the respondent/wife under Order 9 Rule 13 of CPC.
2. By the impugned order dated 22.04.2024, the application filed by the respondent/wife under Order 9, Rule 13 of the CPC was allowed by the Family Court, Bilaspur (C.G.). Thereafter, the Family Court, Bilaspur (C.G.), passed an
order on 19.12.2024 rejecting the application for divorce, which has been challenged in FA(MAT) No. 46/2025.
3. In that view of the matter, the matter became infructuous as the final judgment and decree has passed by the Family Court, Bilaspur (C.G.) on 19.12.2024.
