Umar, learned counsel, for the respondent nos.4 to 9 & 11 to 23. 5. Uttarakhand Medical Services Selection Board invited applications for appointment to the post of Dental Surgeon in Medical Education Department, and petitioners also submitted their applications. Petitioner’s contend that selection process got vitiated due to certain anomalies, therefore the entire process be quashed. 6. Today when the cases are called out, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that since selection process is over long back and there was no interim order granted in favour of the petitioners, therefore, the writ petitions have become infructuous by efflux of time. Learned counsel for the respondents also make similar statement. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
