On 01.12.2025, there is no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents reported that the amount claimed by the petitioner in this writ petition had already been paid to the petitioner. 4. Recording the said submission, as the amount has already been paid to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner still feels that the cause survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months.
