P S P SURESH KUMAR The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in calling the petitioners to attend the police station without written intimation and without following the procedure contemplated in Section 41-A Cr.P.0 and guidelines framed by the Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar Case and compelling the petitioners to secure the presence of their family members or else they would take away the petitioners, as illegal, contrary to law, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.” 2.
