GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 14450 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue any Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent 4 interfering in the civil dispute, calling the petitioners to police station and made them to sit and pressurised them not to enter into their land covered by Sy.No- 221-2B to an extent of Ac 0.28 cents in Markapuram Town, Prakasam District as illegal and arbitrary and in violation of Articlel4, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere in Civil dispute and not to summon the petitioners to the police station in the interest of Justice and pass.…” 2. Heard Sri A. Rama Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are calling the petitioners to the police station, in the absence of any crime registered and interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioners and the unofficial respondent. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioners to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioners and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
