O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the above writ appeal. 2.Heard Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohammed Zamil, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5. Though the names of the respondents 1 to 3 have been printed in the cause-list, there is no appearance on behalf of them, either in person or through counsel. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and considering the fact that the respondents 4 and 5 have no objection to the condonation of delay, we are inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal “for admission” in the usual course.
