Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that respondent No.7 is working as Constable of Mudiveedu Police Station, Chittoor District, by the date of the offence. Further, Petitioner filed a suit in OS No.247 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalli for declaration of title and for permanent injunction against respondent No.7 and others and that at the instance of respondent No.7, respondent Police are interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and respondent No.7 and thereby misused his position as a Constable. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on oral instructions would submit that respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes 4 between the parties and would submit that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except following due process of law. No order as to costs.
